Tuition and Fees

Tuition at EVC is moderate and comparatively inexpensive when compared with traditional post-secondary institutions. Our tuition is fixed per course and program. A non-refundable registration fee of $75 must accompany each enrollment application.

Tuition Payment Plans

EVC has tuition plans designed to make the program and course accessible and affordable to everyone. We offer a wide range of flexible payment options to suit your individual needs. These tuition payment plans are not available for the Review and Home-Health programs.

Pay-in-Full Discount

A discount of 5% is given to the CNA students when he/she pays in full at the time of enrollment.

Zero-Interest Installment Plan

An installment plan splits your tuition into equal payments. Our installment plan is interest-free, with no hidden fees or finance charges. CNA students pay on a bi-monthly (2 week) basis.

Tax Deduction for Educational Expenses

Current US Treasury Regulations permit an income tax deduction for educational expenses.

These educational expenses can be registration fees, tuition, books and materials, postage, etc. undertaken to (a) maintain or improve skills required in one’s employment or other trade or business, and (b) meet specific requirement of an employer or a law imposed as a condition to retention of employment, job status or rate of compensation. Please consult with a qualified tax specialist concerning these deductions and the application of tax laws as they apply to your situation.

Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund

The student has the right to cancel the agreement until midnight of the fifth business day after the first class of attendance.

In addition, the student may withdraw from the course at anytime. If withdrawal is after the period allowed for cancellation, this institution will remit a refund less the applicable registration fee. The refund shall be the amount paid for instruction multiplied by fraction, the numerator of which is the number of hours of instruction paid for but not received, and the denominator of which is the number of hours of instruction paid for

The hourly rate of instruction is computed by dividing the cost of tuition with the number of hours of instruction per course or program.

The student is entitled to this refund less the registration fee, within 30 days.
